“Families In Training”

2006 - 2007

“Families In Training” (F.I.T.) is a Shady Grove program that offers monthly events intended to encourage family fitness. Our children learn by example and it has been great to see enthusiastic role models participating at each event – thank you parents & guardians!

I am proud to begin our fourth year of “Families In Training” and I’m looking forward to seeing the many families who have participated in the past, as well as those families who are new to the program and new to Shady Grove!

As always, all F.I.T. events are free of charge. Please join us for fun and fitness!

PLEASE READ!

*All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

*Adults are encouraged to participate in all events…at your comfort level!

*Siblings are welcome at all events with the exception of “Fun Night”.

*Students and adults should dress appropriately for participation.

**Reminder letters will be sent home prior to each event with information

regarding times, locations & directions.
