All Celebration Books will have a special honor plate in the front and picture of your child/ren (with your permission) of the book indicating your celebration. You have the choice to either select a hard bound book (cost $15.00 per family or a paperback (cost $5.00 per family).
If you would like to contribute a Celebration Book, even if the event has already been celebrated, please click here to print the form. Please return the book request form and either a check (made payable to Shady Grove Elementary School) or cash to the Shady Grove Library.
